Swap file usage in XP Pro

I'm wonderng what the deal is with the pagefile in WinXP Pro. I have my virtual memory set at 200 megs min and max, on the C drive only. Yet, Coolmon (front-end for Motherboard Monitor which also reports CPU, memory, network, etc. usage) reports that my pagefile is ~680 megs. I want to use more of my physical memory, but it seems my virtual memory matches it. For example, right now my physical memory usage is 258, with 254 free, and my pagefile is 244 used with 439 free.
