Moved a few years back. I wanted my kids to live past the age of 18. Sad how far Chicago has fallen. Made a huge rebound in the last 90's, now I won't even go back for a visit.

Ease of commute, ease of going to the places I like. I don't frequent bars and clubs, and pretty much anywhere in the city is a $10 cab to something interesting.
