svideo to 5bnc?

My supervisor gave me a 21" monitor that will only take the 5 BNC type cord.

Is there a way I can take an svideo output and find an adapter to the 5bnc connector?

Does anyone sell a cord like this?

are you sure you dont want VGA to 5bnc?

You could use one of these and one of these, but I don't know if it would work correctly. It would be cheaper to just buy a 20" TV, though.
