Sven Coop v. 3.0 installation

I'm trying to isntall it but for the life of me it can't. It said it should be able to find the directory automatically but never does. Additionally when I point to it it always tells me that it doesn't look like it and indeed, when I click on the Sven Coop desktop exe, it tells me it can't find it. Can anyone tell me how to install this? I'm willing to reinstall the game, steam, etc. as I dont have anything I care to save.

I install without HLSP support since I have Steam.

I go to C:/Programs Files/Steam/Steamapps/rune_san/half-life source/hl1

But it doesn't seem to like it. So do you guys know how to install it?

I'm bumping this.. happened to find this post I made from months ago and it's still here.. I still never got Sven Coop installed. When I hit the exe file, it tells me that it can't find hl1.exe. Now people on these forums talk about this game, and never mentions these problems so i know it can be installed. Can anyone just tell me how they installed theirs?

BTW, I only have Half Life Source installed, no Deathmatch part.
