SVC round cable deals and other stuff

Ordered 12 fans on 12/4, package was delivered on 12/13. Could live with that, but when I open package they had sent wrong fans. They sent me a RMA, I figure that will take at least 2 to 3 weeks. I will not order from them again. Fool me 1 time shame on you, fool me the 2nd time shame on me.
 
Shouldn't this be moved to Cases and Cooling forum.
I build alot of units. At least 5 a week and can see little difference in the bios hardware monitoring. But this is misleading since this is measured at the mobo. Flat cables seem to block circulation around the drives, where the heat can build up with new faster drives. Also the round cables look much better.
 
ordered some round cables last monday... I'll let you know if my order arrives complete as this seems to be a problem for svc now 😛

None, if you fold the cables out of the way, there will be even better airflow with normal cables.

they gave me the wrong psu and they promised me they will ship the right one first because i needed that psu , after a week of nothing i called them and turned out i have to ship the psu first , and it took them 2 weeks to ship the right one back, i admit the psu was really quiet for a 350watt , but it doesnt seem to be a very good psu if you want to overclock
 
got mine yesterday. Great freaking price for these round red cables. Everything was shipped correctly and arrived in good condition. Ordered 18", 24", single device floppy and red/green cathod tube w/ dual inverter.
 
I ordered some stuff on the 13th and got an email last night saying it was shipped. (17th) So 5 days to process the order. Not great, but I'm not in any hurry either so to me thats fine.
Just a head's up.
 
Just made my first order . I hope they process it quicker than 5 days since I paid for 3rd Day select shipping ...... Kinda isnt worth the extra 9 bucks if they don't ship for a week .
 
I got all my stuff 3-4 days after they sent me the shipping email. Box arrived in good shape with everything as I ordered it. Definitely not the fastest, but I would order from them again if I saw something I liked.
 
They're service started going down the drains every since they opened their store front, looks they had a change in management or something. Before when I went to pick up orders, they were always helpful and friendly, now they're just plain rude.
