SVC provides the worst service ever

I have dealt with many online retailers but SVC at www.svc.com is the WORST. I ordered a 6" UV cold cathode with dual inverter that had a short in it and almost caught my case on fire. I RMA'ed and it took 3 days to get a reply. I decided since they were so cheap I would just order a replacement light and hope for the best, while I was waiting for a reply. I also decided to order some more things with that replacement order. I ordered:

12" UV/Black Cold Cathod light with dual inverter
6" UV/Black Cold Cathode light only
UV reactive 80x25 Red/Orange case fan
UV sensitive braided 18" dual device ata 100/133 cable

Here is what they sent me:

6" UV/Black Cold Cathod light with dual inverter <--WRONG!
6" UV/Black Cold Cathode light only
UV 80x25 Red Quad LED Fan <--WRONG!
UV sensitive braided 18" dual device ata 100/133 cable

I RMA'ed and guess what? That is right they have not sent a reply in you guessed it 3 DAYS! I hope this order gets corrected soon so I NEVER HAVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Over 100 transactions with them myself and I have never had a problem.

I deal with them often and have had a few order/shipping mistakes, but they've all been resolved quickly. Are you sure your email is getting to them?

Out of 4 orders with them, they only once sent me something wrong. They sent me a 90mm fan guard rather than a 120mm for the fan I ordered. I just shrugged it off and went without a fan guard on the front. Figured I was out maybe a dollar and it wasn't worth it to me to fix.

Only place I ever RMA'ed something other than OEMs and went pretty smooth had to e-mail them back the shipping reciept so they could cover that too. I shopped SVC for 2 years right when they were new and selling gladiator clones and they have been good to me.

I have ordered from them several time I like the service except they never ship when they say.

But these items where in the boxes on my last 2 orders and I did not pay for or order them.
2 thermaltake memory cooling kits
1 12" cold cathode tube
1 volcano 5 cpu fan

Great prices and alright service

For your first post this is ridiculous, not to mention suspicious. SVC has never given me any problems

Never had that problem myself. Only problem I ever encountered was that I ordered two blue LED fans and when installed one was a dark blue the other was a teal color. I sent them an email and they immediately sent me out an additional blue fan informing me to keep the other.

yea SVC has not given me problems in the 5 or 6 times i used it, quick and cheap delivery too

No problems here either. I've heard they are one of the best when it comes to service. You were probably just unlucky.

tho i am a little biased cuz i live 15 mins away from them, i have never had a problem with their service, but i did get one bad hsf fan once but they were more than happy to replace it and gave me a few free pin converters i was planning to buy.

Ordered once from them. I forgot to add 2 of those little 4 pin molex y adapters to the order, emailed them and they replied within 24 hours and added them. No problems with them. Maybe they are training someone new in the wherehouse.

i had horrible service from SVC as well.

they were very unprofessional and did not want to fix my screwed up order that they messed up on.

I've got sent the wrong stuffs by SVC before, one phone call and an email is all it takes for them to rectify their error and send me the correct stuffs. They even asked me to keep the stuffs that I did not order.
