SVC GC69 w/Crystal Blue Fan good enough for XP 2000+ ?

I currently have a COOLER MASTER DP5-6I11A CPU HSF which is doing an ok job of cooling my CPU. With AS3 I idle around 45C. The only problem is, at 60mm, the fan is extremely loud.

I was wondering if the GC69 from SVC would cool my CPU enough. I don't plan to overclock, I just want something cheap and quiet. Also, the SVC GC68 is half the cost; would it also do an adequate job of cooling the XP?

Basically, are either of these do as good a job as the coolermaster.

They are both cheap and pretty quiet for the most part. It's not stellar performance but a non overclocked XP2000 has no problems using the GC68 heatsink (I use this on mine).

Case: 29C

My processor is always at full load as I'm always running DC projects. Depending on the temp of my room, i've seen my Processor temp hit as low as 48 under full load and as high as 56 if it's really hot in here.

Doesn't do a bad job for the price. I may get a better HSF for it sometime though and see if it will overclock any further.

BTW, i'm using the GC-68

I use the GC68 for an Athlon XP 1600+ AGOIA. I'm using the stock fan and the only other two fans are the two power supply fans in a Turbolink 420w. It's not too loud, but not quiet like a dell. My temps when running D2OL are around 63C. I have the Abit NV7-133R with the latest BIOS that reports more correct temp. than the older BIOS's. I suspect ambient temp. to be rather low since it is winter and the heater is rarely on.
