SV24 powersuppply fan is noisy little f'er, what can I replace it with?

I love my new SV24 but I can't imagine using it for a multimedia system because the droning of the power supply fan would drown out music or dvds...I havn't taken the PS appart yet but looks to be maybe a 40mm fan in it, really small. Anyone else had any experience with replacing their P/S fan out of a Shuttle SV24?
 
personally i dont really think its the psu... its more like that big ass 60mm fan and the hsf that came with it.. so if u can find a low profile hsf that is really quiet and a less noisy 60mm fan to put in the back... thats all someone can do
