idiots. Yes it's sad that the girls died, sometimes that's what it takes for people to realize they're not invincible. Drinking, smoking, no license. Wow.

Chlorine in the pool... just chlorine in the pool...

Btw, is there anything in the world that's bigger bullsh!t than charging the driver when the people (read idiots) riding with them dies? If they kill another driver that's one thing but they shouldn't be able to charge them with the deaths of passengers.

uh why not? They chose to drive drunk, they are responsible for everyone in the car. What a great idea... lesson the consequences of drunken driving.

Chlorine in the gene pool... Come on dude, you don't see the problem with your logic? When you drive you take responsibility for the safety of everyone in your car.

Why shouldn't they be charged. They commited a crime so what if the people were in her car. Gee by your logic I should be able to shot someone in my car and not get charged with it.

I believe the opposite. I believe you need to be responsible for your own safety and not get in the car with someone if you think they're not fit to drive.

That being said, have there been times when I've rode with someone that I shouldn't have? Absolutely. But there have also been times when I've declined to ride with someone that I didn't think was fit to drive.

In the end, though, you have to watch out for yourself because you're all you can truly count on. If you don't value your own life enough to be responsible with it why should anyone else?

Oh I agree totally , they didnt deserve death. But surely, common sense dictates "drugs + booze + driving = death wish" ?

I'm sorry. I just don't feel the legal system needs to trouble itself with the defense of people who had such little regard for their lives in the first place. If you chose to ride with a drunk driver you know the risks. I'm truly sorry if that offends you.

They were partying," said Detective Lt. Gerard Gigante. "The extent of the partying is still under investigation."

WTF?? Like it MATTERS? Typical, politically-correct, law enforcement answer. Now that I'm done bashing cops, which is my favorite pastime, I'll bash ignorant teens, which is my second favorite past time.

Too bad the families of these TYPICAL, WITLESS, THOUGHTLESS teens have to mourn them.

In this day and age, the perils of drinking and driving, drugging and driving and/or driving under the influence of ANY KIND, to include High on Jesus, are well-known, well-published, etc. I know for a fact that all schools have a serious educational program on such things.

It's not like when I was younger (and we all did the same shiit this dumb bitch did) we died too. I survived, much to the chagrin of you punkass kids. Some of my friends did not. :( RIP> But, they got what they played for. The difference is that back then, nobody "knew better." We did, but DUI education wasn't common at all back then. These dumbasses knew better. *sigh* "Designated Driver" does NOT mean "Which one of us is unfcked up enough to put the key in the ignition AND turn on the radio?"

These days, you can't flip the TV channel w/o seeing some Group Against Drunk Driving, Teens For Jesus That Hate Druggies, etc.

These teens G&L'd <--to put it in Hip Kid Terms.

I know it's a pretty antiquated notion these days... But the way I figure, retro is always big so I can hope it will come back in style.

Meh. I don't have any compassion for them. I don't care that they were best friends either. They should've had enough sense not to drive around completely fvcked up.

IMO, they made a mistake and unfortunately, paid a high price for it.

Why is your trunk so interesting?

Is there something in there that I cannot see?

I dunno. I felt like taking pictures of it, it's larger than I thought it'd be. (and about 10 times larger than my dad's trunk)

What does this have to do with SUVs? The guy driving the SUV was a victim too. It's the drunk bitch that needs to die. She was reckless.
