Suspicious Xbox 360 I just bought

I once bought a PS3 off Craigslist, picked it up from the guy, and after I got home I noticed a "Gamestop Refurbished" sticker on the back even though he didn't mention it was a refurb or anything. I asked him for a refund and he refused saying I should have caught that when I picked it up. Jokes on him though, I ended up selling it back on CL for $40 more than I paid for it.

Newer Xbox360 models come with HDMI when previously they didn't.

Doesn't matter, you have no warranty anyway if you bought it off Craigslist. They MAY let you slide on that, and they MAY let you slide on the seal being broken if you ever need to get it fixed.

Not so sure about that. I sent in a Xbox 360 with the seal off and with no receipt and they fixed mine with out any issues.

Your xbox is most likely banned from Live. You can't do anything about it either, so you'll only be able to play offline.

I don't even think you can sign in to Silver to download patches/trailers/demos/etc.

Um, actually, the joke is only on him if you sold it back to him, which I don't think you did.
