All running on an Antec True Power 330, its very stable when the PC is running, some times it will power up and then power down all of a sudden. I do not have a multimeter so I can not test anything.

I can't say for sure whether it's the PSU or not, but I suppose it could be. I'm running my machine on an Antec SmartPower 350, and all's good so far. In terms of new PSU's, OCZ seems to be making some pretty solid ones these days.

if u can stress your computer with a bunch of benchmarks running without your computer restarting, then the psu should be fine. however, you are pretty much maxing out the psu with all those components and ocing. I recommend antec trupower 430 or better.
