Has anyone figured out how to force a computer setup for SUS to do the update check? Since there is no built in method, and we have to rely on the 24-hour somewhat random check, I'd like a way to force it to run.


I'm thinking there must be something I can write a little app or script to do that will force it to run.

any ideas?


EDIT: Microsoft is working on a product called Windows Update Services. This is the solution to my problem, but I'd still be interested in a way to force SUS.
