Don't reply just to say you hate survivor or say survivor sucks (even though it kinda does).

I watched less than half of the last season of survivor (exile island or something). Got bored of it pretty quick, i didn't like any of the contestants, and couldn't relate at all to any of them. I thought it was the worst season so far, anyone else agree? I don't know who won and I don't care. I saw a little preview of the next survivor too, doesn't look like it will be anything different. Is it just me or are they playing on the same island every season now? They say they're different islands, but they all look the same :p - Wish they would do a season in some snowy place or something.

I never really liked the show a whole lot, besides the All-star season, which i liked a lot, but it has been fairly entertaining over the past 12 seasons or whatever it has been (not counting the most recent one), even if it is partly scripted. People really have to fight for a million bucks, which is pretty much chump change these days. I still fill guilty watching it all the time. I kinda wish they'd revamp the show a little, it's getting old. They should change things up a bit.

Just curious, how's it doing in the Ratings these days? I never hear anyone talking about it. Everyone was talking about it for the first 3 seasons when it started the whole reality crazy.

Ugh. I watched a couple of episodes of the first season a never watched it again. Worst. Show. Ever. Except maybe Charmed. Who the hell is still watching that?

I love it how you Americans are always referring to a million bucks as "chump change." How many of you have a seven figure balance in their bank account? Very few, I'm guessing. You are all way overexposed to celebrities and get these crazy delusions about life based on what you see on magazine covers and TV shows. A million bucks is a lot of money, no doubt about it.

Survivor is the only show that I watch on a regular basis. I'm getting pretty tired of it, though, and I'm not sure if I will watch future seasons.

For me, the show kind of peaked when that fireman from New York (Tom) won the whole thing. That was a good season.

I have never watched survivor until this year and I caught about 3 episodes. That old dude was burly when it came to immunity. He won every one I watched. I liked what I saw though.

I hear they are going to have an offshoot of that series called "Will Richard Hatch survive in Prison?"

The only two shows I watch regularly are Survivor and South Park. Most other shows are not worth my time, so I find myself watching AMC more and more.

I still watch it but I kind of wish it would end because I want to spend less time watching TV. But if it comes back next season, then I feel that I have to watch it. I have no will power. That's why I wish it would just end. I like watching the girls on the show and how they think/act and stuff.

I was into it when it first came on TV, but now it's played out. No matter how many "twists" they try it's still the same old thing week after week after week. It's all gotten very predictable and the "survivors" are not suffering enough. It's too easy and they have too much to eat. The show hits it's high point in season #1 when the castaways were starving so badly they needed to catch and barbecue rats.

Ratings have been in a pretty steady decline too. While still a top 10 show it's drawing about half the viewers it did at its peak. They need to scrap Survivor and bring back Eco-Challenge.

I watched History also, and the Godfather trilogy, Day the Earth Stood Still, Godzilla, Wolf Man, Frankenstein, Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man, Abominable Snow Man, For a Few Dollars More, Creature From the Black Lagoon, K-19 Widowmaker, House That Dripped Blood (funny, no blood was shown in the entire movie!), Mark of Zorro, Nightmare on Elm Street, Phantom of the Opera, etc. Scheduled for future recording :)heart: MythTV) is The Great Escape and Insomnia.

Geez, didn't realize I watched so much TV.

When i say Million bucks is chump change, i mean comparatively speaking. I mean, how much money does Jeff Probst get for saying the same exact thing every season? How much does the producer get? How much does the creator of the show (forgot his name) get? Not to mention they take tax out of the 1 million. And a lot of the contestants have to deal with, "Hey, weren't you on that show Survivor? I hated you." for the rest of their lives :p

Well if any of you end up on the show and win, don't forget to pay your taxes. Just some free legal advice.
