lol yep. I would have thought quite a few others would have been favorites. Some of those, I say: who? But I didn't watch quite a few seasons.. basically basically only watched the first, say.. 5 or 6 seasons. After that, I just gave up. lol I saw like, one episode of China. Still don't really know what the premise was. lol What the hell was the point?

me? I want the one where, well I don't remember where it was, but it had that one crazy guy with the long dark hair, where they had to act like pirates or something, well he acted like a pirate and stole some shoes I guess or something. lol Anyone remember that guy?

That was Rupert. He went directly from his series to the first All-Star Survivors. So he's already done it twice and he won a million on a fan vote. No reason for him to go back a 3rd time.

He and the gay naked dude from Season 1 are probably the most recognizable names in Survivor history!

I don't watch the show, but damn! look at the size of those things!

I still enjoy the show but I wish it only comes up once a year. I don't have enough time to watch all these shows (Lost, Smallville, Stargate Atlantis, Bionic Woman, 30 Rock, Sarah Connor Chronicles, etc.). Also, these All-Star Survivor shows are "bad" in the sense that 99% of the time, we will see our "favorites" get kicked out again.

but those are all canceled due to the writers strike
the only reason they are doing another survivor season this soon is they have no WGA written shows to run

Stephanie was one of my favorites, tough and good looking.

TIVO, FTW.
I do not watch network TV live any more. I record it to the DVR then watch it later while skipping the commercials. That includes football.

Thats not true, there are always two seasons of Survivor during the year.

i think he just went to get exposure and had no intention of staying, maybe he figured he had no chance, so didn't want to hang around to not win

I dunno I think that may have been the plan, but I kind of also think that maybe his plan backfired somewhat too on him.

I think Fairplay tried scamming both sides and figured out everyone hated him, didn't believe a word he was saying and wanted him gone. So he pretended he wanted to get voted out to save face. "You can't fire me, I quit"
