if there's a time to be truthful, it is jury time.

I think all 3 did a piss poor job at being truthful, they were still playing the game to the jury.

Wow. Can't believe Earl got so many votes as the head of the alliance that took most of them down. Would be interesting to see how many would change after seeing the show knowing how much he was responsible for and the Dreamz bitterness was gone.

I thought Dreamz deserved it more than Earl but I'm fine with Earl winning it. I'm just glad Cassandra didn't get any votes.

Earl winning is one of the few times that the person doing most/a large portion of the manuevering and scheming actually won. Generally they usually get enough hate at the end to note win the vote or get voted out just before the final council.

The fact that Casandra and Dreamz never got a vote speaks volume about what the jury tought of them. Dreamz was a scumbag. He would heve never won no mater who he competed with at the final 3.

Earl gets applauded for going on his word and voting off Yau, Dreamz does the same and is flamed.

At least hypocracy is universal.

Dreamz was not smart about it.

And Earl swore to Yau he'd never vote Yau, and <insert name here> <insert action here> that he'd <insert action here>.

He did it the politicaly correct way and won the game unlike Dreamz.

Big difference here.
In past Survivor, everyone make pacts with each other.
Yauman gave Dreamz a $60K car in exchange for the immunity idol.
Big difference.

Yeah, Dreamz is a scumbag.
He got a $60K truck.

Earl said it himself, the alliance knew in final 4/5 it was everyone for themselves...
I was disappointed in Dreamz decision, but hey it was a million dollars and I could see how one could possibly compromise their integrity for that, I however, would not.

I really wanted Yau to win, and he was definitely the best player. Would have been nice if earl voted Cassandra and it went 50/50 but oh well...

As I said before, had Dreamz made a pact with the other 2 guys to vote out Casandra, and keep his words, he could have gotten some votes instead of none.
I don't see how he possibly could have thought he might get votes for the $1million by not keeping his words.

To say there is a difference of one in game action compared to another, you are the one being fooled.

What did 2nd place get this time 'round? I know Earl won all votes...... so does that mean no 2nd place?

Did I miss something? I thought 2nd usually won 100K ????

So who got 2nd place? I dont feel like staying up another 1.5 hours to watch the finale, its only 9:30 here.

How much money do the other 2 players get?

Well whatever happens, I hope they do to Yau Man like they did to Rupert (the Pirate guy on a past Survivor) and award him a prize for the most popular/etc.

EDIT: LMAO....... I quoted myself!

Here are my thoughts:

I wanted Yau to win but he should not have put Dreamz in that sort of position to either keep your word and lose a chance for a million dollars or to go against your word and have a shot at a million dollars. However, after making such a deal, he should have assured Dreamz that if he gives him the idol, he would not vote him out and instead vote out Cassandra.

I always cringe when someone so undeserving like Cassandra makes it to the final. She was one of the weakest players ever. And I have a feeling she was in love with Dreamz.

I was disappointed that Earl voted out Yau. It was smart tactical decision but I like seeing players do the "right thing" and take the ones most deserving with them to the final and let the best player win.

I was disappointed in seeing the best looking player (Jessica) be the first player to be voted out.
