Survey note software condensing program???

Need help finding a simple program that will condense field survey notes (rod readings) into topographic views. I've seen this software but having trouble tracking it down (normally we'll use a laser or Total Station, but sometimes you have to get back to the basics and go with a gun ).

I've also posted in Software section, but maybe we have some engineers here also.
