My survey is on your Internet Usage. Here we go:

1. How many hours per week do you use the Internet? Round up to the hour.

2. Have you ever purchased an item online? Yes or No.

3. Have you ever bid in an online auction? Yes or No.

4. Where do you use the Internet the most? Home, Work, School, or Prison (eek I hope not). If Other, list what it is and I'll add it.
