Ok, to start:

2.) submit your results and you're done.

NOTE: there's a ton of PHP debug crap going on...just ignore it.

NOTE: under absolutely NO CIRCUMSTANCE will your email, name, etc. even be recorded in my data tables. i've double checked against the tables i've set up and the only information present is your IP address. all other information is scrubbed IN PROCESS. I do not want your email address, name or otherwise.
