Completed ... our Log system is homegrown, and although we're working at updating it into a web app, currently it is a green-screen (IBM) application that we can write web apps over the data.

question 7 either needs to be set to "not mandatory" or have an "i don't know" option.

The non-managers don't do any reporting so I have no idea if the system does it or not. If it does, I have no idea how to use it.

That's some good results. A lot of companies are using BMC as their helpdesk software

Done. Outta curiosity, what systems do you guys use?
We use Numara Footprints, and I hate it...lol
