My case most likely is going to be settled outside of court. My lawyer said they are planning to start mediation. I don't think I will have 24/7 surveillance on me, that would just be ridiculously expensive like someone stated in this thread, but then again you never know. I was also thinking that they might plant a GPS tracking device on my car to see where I go, in this day and age that is quite possible.

I was thinking about setting up webcams to my PC also, but I would need crazy long cables, unless there are wireless ones? Know any software that can muster 2-3 webcams?

If you have a spare machine, use zoneminder. It can handle webcams, x10 cams, you name it.

OP, if they are any good, you will not even know they are there. If you see them, wave at them often - it makes the video really funny.

Also, as long as you do not do anything that you said/will say in deposition that you cannot do, you should have nothing to worry about.

2) Look for the guys in the vans with the blacked out windows. That's probably obvious enough, but you'll probably be seeing something similar. My brother would monitor people sometimes for 24 hours straight.
!

bring them leomonaid like in Traffic

Or stick some bananas in their tailpipe like Eddie Murphy...

unless there are wireless ones?

there are at Newegg.

Know any software that can muster 2-3 webcams?

if i was going to do it i would start out 1 camera per PC.

using Pinnacle to capture and Sony Vegas Studio to edit.

then try reading the manual to try and/or take a shot at 2
webcams per PC.

e.g. run MovieMaker with one camera, Pinnacle with another camera.

that's assuming some things in terms of hardware & video.

Who cares if they surveil you? It's not like you're doing anything illegal, what are you afraid they're going to catch you doing?

Lifting toilet paper rolls in a bag and them showing that as evidence against me that I do indeed carry groceries. If you want to pin something on some one, it's not really hard, Im pretty sure that me just doing basic light weight things can be turned into "heavy lifting" which I can't really do.

Carrying a 6 pack with my left hand, I guarentee you if they get a shot of that they can use it against me, saying that, I am strong enough to carry a 6 pack, so obviously I am ok, and obviously I am not depressed because its the weekend and Im going to party, when really I just drink a beer or 2 every day after work.

I don't like to be spied on, especially when my case is legit.
