Surrogates - Bruce Willis

I remember him with Cybill Shepard in Moonlighting...in the 80's. He had a decent head of hair back then. (or wore a decent wig)
 
Just saw it. It's okay overall, just thought that there would be more action being a Bruce Willis movie with super robots.

My major complaint, though, is that it felt too short. The story development seemed slightly rushed. It was only about 1.5 hours, and I prefer my movies at least 2 hours.


And my viewing was slightly degraded because two douchebags came into the theatre mid movie (probably snuck in), sat down infront of me, and talked very loudly for a few minutes with their douchebag friend. Then one of the shitheads pulls out a brightly lit digital camera, puts it up to his face, records some of the movie, then reviews his other photos. I had to switch seats.

Trailer makes this movie actually not look too bad, but I hate how Bruce looked after he was out of his surrogate state.

i thought the movie was weird, yet good at the same time. the twist where the "prophet" was really the surrogate creator is interesting. when all of it came at me i really couldnt figure out exactly what was happening. only after i realized the son being killed was because the son and father shared the same type of surrogate and the guy who killed him thought it was old guy. i LOLED really hard when that hot chick that died with him from the party was really a fat guy :laugh:
 
If you have trouble with suspension of disbelief, then you might have a hard time with the suspension of the ridiculously implausible that this movie requires...
