Trump was never going to run. He'd have to ruin his brand image to do so, releasing his true finances. Everybody knows the second he did that he isn't worth $1bn, likely less than half that, and would end up not being anything too special.

He's a businessman, he seized the opportunity to froth the knuckle draggers by pushing the birther bullshit. Then he tried to take credit only to be bitch slapped by Obama and a SNL guy. He seethed in anger at being made to look like an idiot.
