Ever wanted to be a surgeon, but got turned off by the years of expensive schooling? Forget that shit, just play Surgeon Simulator 2013. You'll be a pro in no time! :awe:

(Note: The video contains some mild swearing, so it may be NSFW if you work for a Nazi.)

I managed to shatter his ribs with the hammer, the only tool i could manage to pick up, then remove his lungs. Problem was I couldnt grab the scalpel or anything to remove his heart so I gave up.

Robbaz has done a couple vids of it. The controls seem ridiculously complex and the game just sucks in general, from what I saw.

I ended up beating it the other day. The guy had ~150mL of blood left. I still managed to get an A++ rating though 😀

Lol game is hilarious.. its hard to control though just freaking used the hammer to smash the ribs and lungs cause my saw fell on the ground

I beat this a while back. Here is how.

1) Don't use the powered saw. He starts bleeding too fast. Instead, use the manual bone saw and get rid of all bones over the heart and enough to pull out the lungs. Discard to bones. Who needs 'em?

2) Grab, pull out, and discard the lungs. You don't need them anymore.

3) Pick up a scalpel and cut along the top of the heart. You must get all the veins and arteries. You will know that you have because it will stop beating.

4) Grab and pull out the heart. Discard the old heart.

5) Open the cooler, pick up the new heart, and just drop it in the chest cavity where the old heart was. Yay, you win.
