Surfing For Money: 4Daily SCAM or FAST MONEY?

I just found another site that gives you money for surfing. Getting 4% from your initial

ammount (Default: $4) and you can put your own money in it to increase it. From here

I'v noticed that its kind of BS, So im just wondering if anyone knows if this acctually

works. If you respond to this please back up your statement with some proof.
