Surface Pro 6 and Ublock & Firefox

Would it be safe to assume that the Surface Pro 6 running Windows 10 can install and run Firefox and Ublock? I do not wish to assume but hoping others can answer this. I get the Surface Pro is running traditional Intel hardware along with traditional Windows OS, but you never know.

Yes, the Pro is running full Windows 10 (home edition), so you can install whatever you want.
