I am with SERO (from Sprint). My plan is $30 and with all the junk fees/taxes, I end up paying aroud $34 or so.

OP, what is your plan's cost before taxes/fees?

109.99 base + 14.99 per additional line over 2 lines.

So that would be: 109.99 + 2 x 14.99 = 139.97
