Went to bed last night about 1am, ground was bare.
This morning about 9:30, I awake to the familiar sound of someone shoveling snow. I get up and see this:

Snow EVERYWHERE. About 4 inches at least, maybe more. According to my dad (who was shoveling the snow) it all came down in a couple hours. Packs really well, I beaned a few of the barn cats with snowballs already
I really want to put the truck in 4WD and go tearing around the property my parents own, but it rained all yesterday and the ground is still quite soft, I'd probably make a huge mess.
The weatherman was sure wrong about this one. Todays forecast calls for "snow flurries, little accumulation" 😀

My mom just called from work, she thought we were joking with her when we told her to be careful coming home at noon because the roads were bad. Apparently there is NO snow there, the ground is bare. She only works about 20 miles away from here, if that.
