Do you not understand that you are in the United states and not those other countries? With each country having different unique immigration variables and conditions with no two countries being equal or the same. So who cares what other countries do or don't do, we are not those countries. All you do by continually bringing it up such nonsense, is point out that you don't have the ability to think on your own and only know how to follow. Which in this case, you want to follow what other countries do. For all you know, if any of those countries where identical as the United States, they would be handling it the same way. Try thinking on your own for a change and come up with a workable, humane, realistic solution to immigration (legal and illegal) here in the United States. Or go live in those other countries that you want to be like and are so fond of, since non of them boarder Mexico and don't have their citizens influencing those countries immigration.

The guy was an illegal, he seen a pretty girl jogging along and thought he would flirt with the lady, she freaked and grabbed her cell phone to call police, Cristhian Rivera panicked because he knew this meant deportation back to Mexico for sure, and so he did something he would have never done under normal circumstances, he had to shut her up and so he murdered Mollie Tibbetts.

Now, what I want to know is, what role does this Trump republican iOwa fucing farmer play in the murder of Mollie Tibbetts? This fucing farmer enabled the murder of Mollie Tibbetts by hiring an illegal such as Cristhian Rivera. And thus as with this hire we have a developed syndrome seldom mentioned concerning illegals living in America.. And the syndrome? The terror of being deported. The terror of being caught. And that syndrome worsens when that illegal is given a job (by this fucing Trump republican farmer) and given a wage and thus allowed to take part in THE AMERICAN DREAM, however not really because that wannabe American is still an illegal.

So the terror of being caught AND deported resulted in a murder. Cristhian Rivera could not risk being exposed as illegal, and Cristhian Rivera never expected Mollie Tibbetts to react the way she did, and thus.... in terror.... Cristhian Rivera.... panicked.
And the fucing iOwa farm owner, the employer of Cristhian Rivera, this farmer is NEVER ASKED about his part in this horrific murder. The Trump supporting republican farm owner GETS AWAY WITH MURDER while Cristhian Rivera goes to jail for life.

The court "could have" brought to the stand and simply asked this farmer, "did you know Cristhian Rivera was illegal? Did you pay him a salary? Did you withhold taxes from his pay? Did you report taxes to the state and to the IRS? And if so.... under what social security number did you report? However none of that was ever asked because EVERYONE in the court room would have known the answers to the questions thus exposing the fucing iOwa republican farmer for what he was... complicit with murder.

See folks.... life is not fair. The wealthy, the Trump's, the iOwa republican farmers who knowingly hire illegals, they all get away with murder. They are well protected. They are never responsible nor held accountable.

you guys do know it was a unanimous decision? and that its SCOTUS doing its job, clarifying the law, and congress can change the law?

@sportage OMG a person had a house and a job! so you are saying a check of immigration status should happen before someone is allowed to have a place to live, a car, get groceries? and that would have prevented a murder? and that every hiring manager that has an employee commit a crime should be prosecuted for said crime?

It really is only the undocumented ones that are cheap. The current system we have is designed to keep them undocumented to provide republicans with an endless source of excellent cheap labor they can abuse.

This is why the republicans never do anything about immigration, but make loud noises about building a worthless wall. It makes their stupid followers feel warm and fuzzy, but the big money donors that finance the republican cause know it is completely ineffective. However, it is those same republicans and big money donors that will make sure it is never illegal to hire an undocumented.


The democrats on the other hand want to destroy this system. Giving undocumented rights? That means republican scum will no longer be able to treat them as slaves. It is the end of the line for the entire exploitive crony capitalism republican way. They will never agree to that.

I actually really disagree. Trump did everything possible to prevent immigrants from coming into the country. He routinely and illegally brutalized immigrants at the border, he took children away from their parents for purely punitive reasons, and he even wanted to install features in his stupid wall that would maim or sear people trying to cross it. His illegal-immigration policies were so restrictive as to be far past psychopathic.

Even moreso, he massively restricted LEGAL immigration, trying to make sure that even highly educated, high ability immigrants were kept out. This is because Trump doesn't care about immigration per se, he's just an incredible racist that doesn't want brown people in the country. (his racism is one of his few truly held beliefs, as he's been a huge racist his whole life)

So seriously, if you think brown people coming into the country is bad then Trump and the Republicans are your guys. They will torture the ones they can and block the ones they can't torture.
