Tons of pharmacy deliveries are made to senate offices. An interview I read a few years ago, an unnamed technician who worked for one popular pharmacy indicated that there were a surprising number of orders that shipped with dementia and Alzheimer's medications. So...yeah, there's that.

Grassley is beyond mental capability and stability. If anyone needs investigating, its old senator Grassley. Just look up his net worth then ask Grassley, how does one have a net worth of 5 million on a 200 thou a year salary? Grassley would have had to save every nickel from his paychecks over his years as a senator, but we know he didn't do THAT.

So.... Grassley.... how did you get so wealthy? Could it be that all of your millions came from the banks as payment to do their every bidding?

Cotton seems to be confused as to what a hearing is supposed to be about. Asking her general policy questions about sentencing which she has no role is creating legislation for. Of course he uses charged crime like rape for example. Yes they are scum.
Too bad she has been an actual judge and did not come out of nowhere.

People are saying that Durbin has been a poor committee leader. That Durbin should have shut down Lindsey for asking a question on her personal religious beliefs, which is a no no even in business practices.
But there are others saying that Durbin is simply sitting by and giving republicans like Lindsey all the rope republicans need to hang themselves. I do believe that Durbin is doing exactly that, giving republicans all the rope they need to hang themselves. And to earn an appearance on Fox News.

Let’s just slow down a second. The guy is 88 years old. He’s been in congress since 81 making about $200K a year in 2020 dollars.

Simply investing $10K in 81 in the S&P500 and contributing an average of $1K/month in an IRA/TSP would net over $8M by today - more than the $7.5M wiki says he’s worth.

He is rich but his net worth isn’t a smoking gun for illegal payments. Any professional making above six figures for their entire career coupled with market returns over the past 40 years will be a multimillionaire.
