<< That stupid Q&A is an attempt to overcomplicate a very simple situation, so that people will lose sight of the big picture. >>

So sorry to post something so complicated....I'll try to make simplier posts next time....

Ride, a cut and paste from some whiney democrat site is pretty simple, we knew you could handle it. Now if you could find something that had some truth to it you would be making some progress.

Ride, you know what scares me is there are some people out there that actually believe that piece of BS that you posted here. It is so full of inaccuracies, falsehoods and lies that any person who has followed the situation would be aware of it. But you put it in the hands of some of the, shall we say, less enlighted and they may take that clatrap as gospel.

But if you feel there was some redeaming value to it, it is of course your right to post it.

I assume you wern't posting it as a humor piece so we could laugh at the fallacies of the bitter democrats spreading that drivel. I know that you are smart enough and have followed the case enough to point out the lies included in it.

So I am curious, what was your reason for posting it?

ride525,
Good job. The republicans are a little dense when it comes to facts that against them and therefore have to repeat their mantra; Gore lost, Gore lost. See, this way they don't have to face the truth about the United States supreme court of the republican party stealing the election from Gore.
And definitely start that writing compaign, and grass root organizations to get Democrats register. This is a war, and it has just started.

Truth hurts when spelled out in such simple terms. I see nothing in that post that is untrue. If there is anything untrue in it show us. It says it in such simple terms that its hilarious.

Q: Was it the butterfly ballots that violated Florida law and
tricked more than 20,000 Democrats to vote for Buchanan or Gore and
Buchanan.

C'mon, I know you're smarter than this.

A: Nope. The Supreme Court has no problem believing that
Buchanan got his highest, best support in a precinct consisting of a Jewish old age home with Holocaust survivors, who apparently have changed their mind about Hitler.

Covered this before. Buchannon got more votes in this area last election than he did this time. He's got a lot of friends and relatives there campaigning for him.

Who's the dense here? How many counts did gore elect as a victor, come on what is it? Maybe two, no maybe one at least, well actually I think it was zero. See people, in order to steal from someone, they had to have it in the first place. Since gore never *won* the election, it can't be stolen from him. See how that works? I know logic is not your nature, but you're all bright people and I think you can get it sooner or later.

Steal and change and manipulate enough ballots, and then you bring in the republican supreme court to prevent rememedy. Hopefully, someday we will learn the full extent of illegal activities done by the republican party. But I don't expect any republicans to believe it anyway and I don't really care if do.

ride, I told you before, quit lying...

You obviously have no moral or ethics....

That stuff you posted is an outright lie... It is filled with distortions...

<><>It says Bush wins, even if Gore got the most votes.<><>
Nope, scumsucker, it says no more illegal recounts of nonvotes.

<><>Oh no. Six of the justices (two-thirds majority) believed the hand-counts were legal and should be done.<><>

7 of 9 justices ruled, all the hand recounts were illegal...

<><>Q: Is there an exception in this case?
A: Yes, the Gore exception. States have no rights to have their
own state elections when it can result in Gore being elected President. This decision is limited to only this situation.<><>

This is untrue... the justices ruled that Gore is a known slime... He is eligible to only be elected dog sh!t cleaner in The US of A. It is applicable to any situation involving Gore.

<><>Q: So who caused Florida to miss the December 12 deadline?<><>
A: The Dec 12 deadline was not missed...

<><>: Right. Though a careful analysis by the Miami Herald shows Gore won Florida by about 20,000 votes <><>

NO such article exists

<><> A: No. We just don't count the votes that favor Gore.<><>

Quite untrue... The US S C ruled that Gore is a known sline. Voting for Gore is unamerican.

<><>Q: That's completely bizarre! That sounds like rank political
favoritism! Did the justices have any financial interest in the case?
A: Scalia's two sons are both lawyers working for Bush.
Thomas's wife is collecting applications for people who want to work in the Bush administration.<><>

This is untrue... all justices that favored Bush were given $2,000,000 cash, each, in off shore bank accounts, plus a florida vacation home.

Good job cxim!

It's a rather simple argument to takt apart isn't it?:)

...But, you see, it is normal Liberal Democrat activity to try and rewrite law and apply it as they see fit.

Ride:

Nice post and very true. Just watch the Republicans squirm over the next few months as it becomes transparently clear that Gore won Florida. (I'm assuming the Republicans won't win the battle to seal the ballots.)

Did you write that? If not, you should put it in quotes and give the proper attribution. Justice Stevens' fine dissent should be quotes as well.

You have not proven any fact in that q&a was not true. I can't see how even partisan republicans have the balls to dismiss the inacuracies and partisan behavior on the part of these judges. The only people you are proving wrong are yourselves. Stop name calling(chilish and w/o any creativity I might add)and throwing partisan insults. You must stop trying to twist the facts to suit your needs. The manual recount was legal because Gore asked for it,and Bush did not. Simple as that. Don't try to make it look like Gore just picked the most democratic counties off of the top of his head,he chose them because in dem leaning counties they tend to have old machines with a higher innacuracy rate. Bush should have taken a statewide recount when he had the chance but didn't. And do you know why? Because he was ahead and would most certainly lost his miniscule lead. There is no argument,he took this to as many courts as possible to run out the clock and that is most undenyable and inscrupulous. Get off your high horses and see the facts for what they are instead of your partisan whining. Gores supporters are not just going to sit back and call this fool president,he did not win in many peoples eyes. What makes you republicans always think you are right? At least dems will compromise. Reps will never and that is why their agenda will never pass. Especially after this.Ignorance is bliss I guess.

CXIM:

The Miami Herald article DOES exist. However, the Miami Herald is the left wing equivalent of the Chicago Tribune.

But, even assuming the Miami Herald's counts are wrong, the truth will be known. The smart money is on Gore having won the State. And that's why the Republicans want to seal the ballots.

<< WOW......You must have been carefully watching the news... >>

OH! You mean the people like Peter Jennings that referred to the Democrats as WE 4 times on election night? No, no bias there...

The Liberal media (NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, etc) will distort anything they can to make it look like Gore won. Truth is, the ballots will probably be counted again adding in all the illegal dimpled ballots, and with the help of a little bit of obfuscation provided by the sure-to-be-Liberal counters Gore will probably have the most "votes". Not that it really matters. The press will get tired of this before too long and look for some other place to make news.

BTW, nice coverup with the Q&A. A few people might believe some of that BS, but not many. Makes for good comic relief though. Cheers! :)
