Stopping Trump through judiciary rulings in regard to the Constitution will now require class-action lawsuits and bumping up the decisions to the corrupt Supreme Court.

So -- yeah -- "Heil Trump! Hail Trump, Hail Satan!"

There has got to come a time when violence is the only answer, but only after the Criminal and his Regime have run roughshod over our rights and the other institutions of government.

God save us all . . . .

Bold to state that it may be a different administration seizing firearms or preventing people of "certain faiths" from gathering to worship, given the continuing parallels with Nazi Germany.

This means that there is no longer any peaceful way of stopping a rouge administration from doing literally anything until long after most of the damage has been done.

So what's the game plan now? For the resistance groups? If even there are going to be any or is everyone going to sit in their homes and take shit from trump and his goons?

My guess is you either sit in your home and take the shit or get black bagged and 'deported' to a gulag death camp.
In 4-5 years, a court might decide that it was not legal to deport you to the death camp, but you will be long dead, and Trump will have his official immunity to protect him from any repercussions, so why would he care?

Keep voting and making things difficult legally for conservative monsters. Continue to weaponize federalism and twist the rulings to push liberal causes.

And individually, I could see some people taking more unilateral actions (and potential responsibility) that can come from living under a government that is not representing the people and actively seeking to make lives worse.

We don't need to have this discussion in this time and place, if you want a nuanced view on the subject go watch the Last Week Tonight on the matter. The point is that people voted based (in part) on it, and there's an incredibly small number of trans kids in sports in the US. The point is they voted for this rabidly incompetent administration which could potentially end our democracy based on "open borders" and "the trans".

We honestly need a second Reconstruction. The failure to complete Reconstruction brought about Jim Crow, and the failure to complete what the civil rights movement started created a resentful generation that seized power to try and roll back government.

The resistance will now be the AG’s of democratic states who will be filing motions in their states for an injunction against trump. Red states won’t be affected and Trump’s EO will stand. In other words: FAFO will be continuing.

But after all this, if they do regain control, does anybody think they really will? That's the problem, no fucking spine to fight back, much less get ahead. I know independent voters that are regretting not getting their ass out to vote, and I want to smack them upside the head and tell them this is what apathy gets you, dumbass.

I don't think they're ever retaking power with the kinds of gifts this rogue court has granted Trump. But frankly, even if they did, the Dems would probably just end up doing a strongly worded letter to Roberts instead.
