Bah, the others have larger engines. Put one of those in his and let's see who wins then.

It's what's done to the car that matters, not what can be done.

I'm surprised they were able to smoke em by that much... :p Then again, the nitrous really does make a big diff. :D

Question:

I always thought that Lamborghinis, some Ferraris, and others were "Grand Tourism" cars; they are used to go fast for a long periods of time. Overall, if they decided to drive for a long period of time instead of short burts, wouldn't the Lamborghinis and others win over the NOS-enabled car? (Think.. driving for a few hours on an Autobahn)

Yeah but you have no idea whats been done to that supra. It's not just NOS.

Well according to this thread from where the video came from...

There was no shot when the Supra ran against the Murcielago... 50 shot on the Viper though. That Viper hauls ass. :)

My Supra's faster than a Diablo, as proven on I-65 Northbound two weekends ago. It has much less of a power gain than from a large shot of nitrous. Supra's are top end cars, they can go fast for long periods of time. And you never know, it might be "just NOS" that's done to that Supra.

Edit: So, the Supra has a low shot of nitrous and a large single turbo. That makes it suck for the 1/4, but lots more top end gain.

And single turbo Supra's are most definately not meant for the 1/4 or the 1/8. A T-72 turbo takes waaay to long to spool on that engine.

Its actually Grand Touring and it only means that these cars are more comfortable than a pure sports car. Which means theyre probably better suited for long trips since your body won't get paralyzed. :D
