Maybe that's because most people who kill others or kill themselves use guns. That doesn't mean that having guns causes people to kill themselves and others. Of course the likelihood is going to be higher. If people who committed suicide ONLY used guns, you could say that ONLY people in homes with guns commit suicide.

Pretty much all that study is saying is that people who kill others or themselves like to use guns to do so. SOMEONE ALERT THE PRESSES!!! We should fund more studies like this one.

You really think that these people wouldn't kill themselves if they didn't have a gun? Shooting themselves is just the easiest way to do it. They would just down a bunch of pills or something if they couldnt use guns.
 
My problem with gun ownership is that a lot of the stupidest people i know own guns. There should be an IQ test or something.
