Not true as Intel 925X and the Intel 915 suppoerts it as well and actually came before the NForce4

So the chaintech nForce4 motherboard supports NCQ? Is there a way to tell (newegg.com doesn't list whether or not NCQ is supported as far as I know anyway)? Thinking about purchasing that motherboard with the Seagate 80GB SATAII w/NCQ hard drive. Thanks

If it supports SATA II it should also support NCQ.

nForce4 Ultras and SLIs are specified to support NCQ. nForce4 vanillas are not.
