Dude, that guy gets paid to help you with your computer problems, not for you to ask him questions about how you can become affiliated w/ Gateway.com. Your chat experience does not reflect Gateway's quality of service, or the quality of their products.

BTW - they aren't bots. I have actually talked to a girl who works as a chat assistant. My parents bought their computer through "chatting" with a sales representative.
