Okay - so I have been asking and reading advice, and I feel I have a good thing going as far as my fat loss is concerned. I consistently work out and lift at least 3 times a week. But I have also been reading the advantages of other supplements.

Currently I am only taking Fish Oil pills and protein. I am currently interested in buying Animal Pak Universal, and creatine, and possibly Lipo 6 fat burner. My only concerns are if these products aren't really useful to me since im in a phase of fat loss, not muscle gain (since I have a calorie deficit). Any advice is appreciated!

Lipo 6 is supposed to burn fat, but I didn't have any results on it. If your diet is not 100%, and your exercise routine is not 100%, supplements won't give you much bang for your buck.

However, I take GNC Mega Men vitamins (nutritional insurance), fish oil caps, glucosamine/condroitin (for the joints), and L-Glutamine (to prevent any muscle loss while losing fat). None of these are to help me lose weight, because nothing (outside of ephedra) really seems to have any appreciable effect on fat loss, in my experience and research.

..how about CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)?? Many bodybuilders use it to increase lean body mass.
