SUperPI error

i get the error after i pass 280htt mark.. it's stable at 289 htt for 10 hours but i can't run superpi... i tried increasing voltage and reducing memory timings.. no effect.. still NOT CONVERGENT IN SQR05

It usually has meant memory issues for me...either too high of speed, timings, not enough vdimm, etc....

Try lowering the divider and seeing if you get error....

Also run memtest windows version real quick....do about 2 passes of that and see if it find an error....

I have usually seen that one if my timings are really flaky......Ie 1:1 at 296 trying to run cas 2.5!!!

hmm.. now this is really wierd, i ran memtest 86 and the windows version.. and they go beyond 100% per cycle... i had one going up to 400% before i stopped it???, no errors

that is weird cause when I get the error like you suggested I woul fail memtest rather quickly though I may be able to run prime95 for an extended period of time.....


I also notice once you get an error you need to shut program down fully and restart it....
