Supermicro PDSLE

I do not write often but I think it is time now. As it never happened in the last 10 years, I never kept a computer for more than 6 months and I always have 3 computers in the house. At a build average of 1 computer a month and once a week in the past, I must be at around over 300 computers build in my life. I manage computer labs since 7 years. In summary, I bought/saw/read/have motherboards since sometimes now.
I agree with Jarred Walton about the very good quality of an Asus/Intel MB. They are good and they last. Now I feel different about which MB is the Nirvana. I have this almost 3 years old Supermicro P4SAA (Granite Bay 7205) with a Northwood 3.06 as a server for now. Never a hicup, I cannot recall if it ever froze.etc. My opinion changed for the past, placing Supermicro first, then the Asus, and followed by the Intel. But for now, I have to swallow that Asus is first without any comparison to the new supermicro PDSLE. Moreover, the PDSLE (945P) is available at the egg store for less than $160. Why not some comparisons guys? I would bid on this horse.
