croak could be right... look at the photos, there is no parallel port, and the Supermicro tech said that the 100MHz-only boards had no parallel port. :Q

I ordered one and it should be here on Tuesday. I'll know for sure on the fsb then. Supermicro's site does not list a parallel port on either the 370DLR or DLI (I downloaded the manual, it does mention one there). So I don't think that's a factor. Axion's ad clearly states that it's 133mhz fsb and I don't think they'd put that on there if it wasn't, they'd just leave it off. As far as the memory goes it needs registered ECC SDRAM. And yes, it does have dual nics on-board along with the ATI Rage XL 8mb chipset.
Edit: Either way I'll probably keep it.

Specs say it has an "Onboard Dual Intel 82559 Ethernet controller." That would be good for running router or firewall software (run one to your cable modem or DSL adapter and the other to your LAN).

Ok, here's an update on this board. It is the 370DLI-100 board. Havent got it hooked up yet but, I am figuring that it will only do 100mhz FSB. It does have the dual on-board nics and is a 1U design for sure. The dimms slots are even at an angle for the low clearance. Shipped in the SuperMicro static bag so it's brand new. Also came with the I/O shield, which was a plus considering it's a custom one. If anyone wants any further info LMK.

I am thinking of getting this one and building my first multiproc machine. Any tips on where to get the correct power supply, case & registered ECC memory? Refurbished stuff?

Any gotcha's about putting together a dual proc machine?

Can I pick up any two refurb PIII 1.13GHz and use them with this board?

Also, the motherboard manual says the bus is 133...
