Here's a few human superheroes I found on wiki. I'm pretty sure these guys take the cake.

Nate Grey - son of Scott Summer (Cyclop) and Jean Grey (Jean)
Powers: Telepathy, Telekinesis, Psychometry, Precognition, Cross-dimensional travel

Jonathan Reed Richards, aka Hyperstorm - grandson of Scott Summers and Jean Grey
Powers: Control over the four fundamental forces of the universe and thus over all matter and energy, creating force fields, telepathy, teleportation, telekinesis

Franklin Richards - son of Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman
Powers: Vast reality-manipulating powers of unknown scope, vast telepathic and telekinetic potential and eventually powerful energy blasts.

Mad Jim Jaspers
Powers: Unlimited reality warping abilities.

Then there's Galactus.
Powers: Total mastery over the four fundamental forces of the universe, the ability to control and manipulate all forms of matter and energy on a cosmic scale, the ability to defy all known laws of physics.

I would think, if you can manipulate reality, you basically win.

Honestly, I feel like the Joker could surpass any of these costumed goons. He's as resourceful as batman, but can do what no one else can: get inside Batman's head.

Plus, he beat the fvck out of Jason Todd with a crowbar.

Batman would use kryptonite vs superman. Well, at least he did always keep some spare on him just in case in the justice league :)

I thought it was in the vault, not on him? Oh well. :D
No, Bats had it in a pocket on his belt.
