Running superantispyware on a laptop HD, maybe 120 GB or so with Vista home basic. It's been running over 6.5 hours so far and still running. how long should this take?

it's connected to my PC via a BLACX external HD unit. I thought I just selected the 2 partitions on this drive so I hope I didn't select every drive in my pc...
 
That's a very long time to be running. Is it connected eSATA or USB? The number of files will dictate how long it takes, maybe they just have tons of junk or the drive is very slow.
 
Missing in action is the first question to ask, namely, is the superantispyware scan making continual progress or is it stuck in some do forever loop?
