<< Just a word of advice if you do end up getting the PIAA Platinum Superwhites. *DO NOT* touch the bulb themselves. If you do makes sure to wipe it clean with some ethyl alcohol and let it dry completely. >>

Good pont. That holds true for any halogen light bulbs.

<< Yeah ok. Have you even tried PIAA bulbs? I've had a pair of H4 Super Plasma's in my Maxima for a good 6 months, working great. Not to mention numerous interior lights (also working fine) Plus, PIAA is one of the few manufactures that offers a 1 year warranty on their bulbs. Yeah, they are expensive, but so are other good brands, Raybrig, Hiper, etc...

I think PIAA and Raybrig are the best.

I suppose they make good fog lamps, but their other blue, white, purple etc is garbage. 51w=100w claim is utter BS unless the fundamental efficiency of incandescent lighting has doubled recently.

white bulbs you find in this link is not as extreme as Japanese imports.

If it looks super cool to you, then it probably isn't street legal.

<< PIAA bulbs are some of the biggest pieces of crap you can get for your car. For less than half the price you can get phillips bulbs that are both brighter and can give you that cool white look if you really care about it. Not to mention PIAA superwhites just don't last very long. But for the price you can't beat Hella bulbs. They are way brighter than any super white bulb, but it doesn't give you the super white effect. Function over form............... >>

hmmm interesting.... they are pieces of crap? i've had my superwhites 9005 and 9006 bulbs in my car for well over 2 years. the cool blue bulbs do not put out as much light as these. plus I don't want my lights to be blue. doesnt show up on the black road as well. my lights are WHITE. raybrig and piaa are probably the highest quality bulbs you can get out there. they use less power to put out more light. Raybrig have the best quality foglights IMO. their twin beam spot/fog lights are awesome. plus their lights are bright! :)

and yes although they may annoy other drivers..... there isn't any reason not to improve the night time visibility for yourself.

the other bulbs i would recommend are Hiiper bulbs. i'm not sure if they're still around.... but Hiper bulbs
