Mine has been running just fine as advertised. The little bit of feedback I've heard/read as far as service goes has been positive and included a RMA that had a turnaround time of less than 10 days.

i broke down and bought it at $56. now i'm on the dark path to upgrading to C2D (it's dark cause i have to spend money, not cause of intel 😛)
ordered my HTPC case today, woot! 😀 just gotta wait for gigabyte to release their new mATX mobo to check its price. otherwise, i could get the CPU/mobo today
