P.S. I'm sure brawl will be close to perfect though. It is 1st party nintendo AAA after all.

I used to be like you... having blind faith in Nintendo, but after I wasted money on the Gamecube for about 3 games and feel that there isnt much worth owning on the Wii (yes, I do have one), I'm very skeptical.

Here's to hoping though.

I actually had no problem buying a Wii just for SSB:B, because I've got so much enjoyment out of the previous games. Played SSB64 pretty regularly until SSB:M came out, and I still play at least a few games of SSB:M a week. For me it's just a game that doesn't seem to get old. Hundreds of hours of entertainment is well worth $300 to me.

SSBM was one of those three games, I and bet SSBB will be one of the three games worth owning for the Wii.

The game is looking very promising. New characters, loads of crap to do, and just the same old fun fighting will keep me entertained for hours.

At least, I hope so.

Considering how much of the game has been shown, I'd say its far from *blind* faith at this point.

Videos and Screenshots are fine and dandy, but until you play the game with a controller in your hands, its blind 😉 You really don't know how its going to play or how well online will work.

edit: Oh, and sometimes I worry that theres TOO much info being released. Like, they're trying to hype everyone up to specific aspects (like the game's got Snake or others in it) and are trying to take away from other weaker aspects.
