I don't konw if this is a local sale or not.

But I was at the BR on the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, and the BR there has a crapload of shoes on sale. These normally are $130 or so, but they were priced $29.99.

I picked up a pair myself...

If you go to your local BR and u have this sale, please post in this thread.

I'd figure that I'd post this up because lots of people on the HD forum live in the Santa Monica area! GO BRUINS! 🙂

yeah, i think they are getting rid of the pre christmas stuff. i've seen some $29.99 shoes couple weeks ago, but nothing of my size, only size 13 or something. I noticed that BR's shoes are huge, at least a full size bigger than others. I can only wear the 7 1/2, which i think is the smallest they carry🙁

I guess i will check it out. I personally like the Gap and AE better. I know the gap is the same company but Bannana is too much like Eddie Bauer for me.
 
Does anyone have pic of what they have . Iam a big fam of BR . I have spent more money thier this holiday season then anywhere else . Nice thing is thier items are comfortable and they make stuff to fit a tall person . Unlike AF or AE which i like but they dont like tall people

thanks for the heads up though, hopefully they will have some nice stuff left at the BR...usually goes pretty quickly...and they end up having a bunch of XXL and XL sizes 🙂
 
Croton: nice sense of humor man. but judging by the number of post's you have, since Jan 2000, then do you find the time to get real life girls ? 🙂 On the subject - kolhs has a ton of closing on the 70% rack. Nothing to spectacular, but you can get levis jeans for 12 - 14 bucks, Columbia shirts for 8 -12 , ext.
Time for us, computer ......... to make a fashion statement 🙂

Maybe I'll the store in Toronto when I go for MLK weekend in 3 days. 🙂
 
Just picked up two cashmere ribbed mens sweaters @ 50/each at banana replublic in burlington, vt aswell as one nice ribbed merino wool sweater for 29!

quit hating the malls you yuppie! briarwood is a lot better than both somerset except i think briarwood is shaped like a swastika. (yikes!)
 
I just spent my lunch break checking this out (at the SM BR), and didn't see anything marked as "on sale" in the shoe dept. I checked out four or five pairs, and all were reg. price, though there was a non-descript sale sign sitting on the shoe display.

Croton, are the ones you saw marked, or did it just show up at the register?

BTW, for this particular store, there is bad construction at the south end of the promenade on Broadway, so go straight to Wilshire on the north end if you want to check it out.

Okay, is this nationwide or not? Read the thread, and am debating whether or not to hit the mall right. Only thing holding me back is that rush hour traffic will be on in about 30 mins here in Cali.
 
there was a sale at the BR in South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. It was only shoes though. Some really nice ones for under $30.

that's the one i went to .....strange.........when i was there, there was a sign up in the shoe racks that said SALE. And all the shoes on that side of the rack were marked down. THe price was on the bottom of the sole (the underside). did they take it down or something? or did they run out of shoes?

I was bored and i hit up all the BR in the UCLA area today -- Century City, Beverly Center, Westside Mall, and even the one in Cerritos. THey all have this sale going on. And they have tons of clothing on sale too.

So stop wearing those free credit card tshirts and wear some nice BR clothing u nerds!!

When I go out on the town, I just wear my underwear... and let me tell you man... I have to beat the women away with a stick.

Got a cashmere scarf for 9.99 B&M in NYC (Broadway and Prince). I picked up a couple. Some of them say 29.99 which is the price online but the rest say 9.99. There were a good 7 or 8 left when I left today.
