Super quiet P4 fan

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on quiet but fairly effective cooling fans for P4s. The one I have right now I bought at Frys and it sounds like a jet engine.
 
You could try getting an Alpha 8942 with an 80mm Panaflo fan. It'll be nice and quiet, but you'd probably want a higher output fan if you plan on overclocking.
 
Jumpem, what are you using for your 1.8a? Is it fairly quiet? The thing is, I would like to overclock but am aware I probably can't have the best of both worlds (quiet AND powerful).

What is a good "compromise" fan?
 
Right now, I have a Thermaltake Dragon478. It cools better than the retail cooler but the fan has a high pitched drone at full speed. When school slows down a bit, and I have time to take the motherboard out, I'm going to put an Alpha 8942 with an 80mm Mechatronics(53cfm @ 39db) fan it.
