could anyone that got in on it please scan the receipt at a resolution that's printable ?

you can barely make out the words and it's very debatable to what it says. i'm sure it would work if the receipt was clear (i did a PM earlier with a printed receipt), but if it's blurred, tiny, and chopped up i doubt i'm going to get as much success. :)

Thanks to Anandtech, I got my IPAQ 3635 yesterday with a PM at Sears. Not as great a deal as most of you but decent. I'm in Denver and there was one other one at the Westminster mall Sears in case anyone was interested.
349.99 from Sears, PM with RS
-150.00 Rebate
199.99 Total

Anyways, has anyone purchase any CF memory for your ipaq's? Anyone getting the BB combo 128MB CF + reader for something like $59? I was curious if any of you are using the PNY CF and if it's working since some people are having problems with CF with more than 64MB while others don't.

i got my ipaq PM'ed at Sears with RS for $350 also. $25 tax and $150 rebate make it $225, not bad at all. i just went back to sears today and showed them the CompUSA coupon, the guy said they were out, but more should be in stock within a week. he took all my info, accepted the pricematch, and said when they come back he'll give me a call to come pick it up for $295.58 ($320 w/ tax). that's $170 :) my friend's pretty happy :D

i went with the 256mb CF card from newegg.com, $90. it was like $101 for me though, damn CA sales tax always kills newegg deals.

Hey,

Anyone got a link to the thread that contained the information for the IPAQ for $80 after rebate? The member got it from compusa.

They said that Compusa was charging $229.99 for the IPaq 3635 + 69.99 for the 1 warranty.

They mentioned that the sales clerk didn't believe the price so he called over the manager and the also a sales rep. The sales rep said sell it for 229.99.

The store was in San Diego or Los Angeles area.

Please help. Going Crazy trying to find it.

Thanks,

BG

Looking at the receipt, it seems these are actually 299.88, not 299.98 as stated originally.

10 cents, sure, but doesn't the .88 make it a clearance item?

if anyone in the DFW area is interested, I have a brand new unopened 3635 that I bought for $345. I plan on returning it since I ended up with two of them, I will sell it to anyone who is interested for the exact price that I paid for it. If interested email me at jester234@collegeclub.com you can still send in for the $150 rebate so the final cost would be $190. Please contact me ASAP and please only if you are seriously interested because I plan on returning it to the store in a few days....

Oh yeah, I hope I'm not breakin any rules by trying to help out a fellow anandtecher.

Hey guys, don't give up hope on these yet.....I was looking for a new PDA at Compusa, and what did I see appear before my eyes but a demo 3635 on display in perfect condition. I figured that they probably didn't have the accessories or box, but what do you know, all of it was in the back.....must be my lucky day.......$150 after rebate.....:)

Anyone pick up an extra one of these? We don't get this kind of deal in Canada.

I'll make it (hopefully) worth your while.

How in the world can you get the rebate without the UPC on the box??

If you read my post clearly, the box, stylus, everything was in the back. I just asked them to look and they found it and gave it to me...The UPC was on the box.....

is there a store (or some other way) to pricewatch this with another stores and get additional money off? I think Office depot had something like that. they would match the price and then take 50% of the DIFFERENCE off of the price. i know someone who has AMEX Blue, how does their price matching work?
