Super Northbridge on MSI K7T Turbo?

This is from OC Workbench:
"It seems that there are at least 2 batches of KT133A North Bridge on the existing stocks that are selling in Taiwan. It seems that the later batches are better and can overclock at higher clock speeds up to 169 without thermal paste nor fan."

A person might infer from this article that the Iwill board's high clock speeds might be due to this northbridge as it does not have a fan on it (heck it doesn't have a heatsink on the photos I've seen).

K7T Turbo owners do you know if they have put this northbridge on your Mobos?
In other words, if you pull your heatsink off, is the northbridge chip black with words (good) or black with a silver circle (not super overclockable)

I heard the Iwill board has the newer Northbridge and I've seen a picture of the Abit board with the newer Northbridge chip. That would explain their high overclockability. 2 questions:
Any other boards? and
How high can one overclock before problems with the PCI cards (especially SCSI cards) prevent computer use.
