Couple questions for anyone who has the coupons:

1. Do you get $100 for each $50 you spend? even if all on same ticket? So if i spend $2k then i would get $4k in coupons?

2. Any mention on coupon if it can be combined with another offer. For ex. with amex blue on the 26th?

3. Lastly, can the coupons be stacked when redeeming them?

Arizona Mills store had GameCubes left, but no X-Boxes. 🙁

Oh. I didn't see any Dreamcasts Ollie. Should have snagged one at BB this weekend.

1 - No. At least not from the guy I went to. I had to make three seperate purchases, and still missed out on a lot of coupons. 🙁

2 - Says "May not be combined with any other coupon offer", so the amex thing may just work. I'm holding my breath, and praying for x-boxes to be in stock on the 26th. I may have to take the morning off to shop.

3. See #2. No stacking coupons.
 
It appears the only limit to the PS2s you can buy are the $5000 limit on purchases and how many you can carry outta there! I got to the Hollywood store on Sunset just when some guys were maximizing their savings by carting off the last 8, yes eight, systems! 😕

The guys behind the counter were kind of stunned by the whole thing, saying to each other afterwards, "There should be a limit..." Gee, you think?!? Anyway, they'll be getting more in the next two weeks...
 
I went to Burbank at 2pm, all out. A nice guy told me Sunset still has many and he called there to hold one for me. I went to Sunset at 5pm, bought one, there were still more than 10 left on the floor at that time.

PS: the coupon book is for after 12/26.

PS: Sunset has Xbox and Gamecube console too.

There is no such thing. When you use Blue card there, they've a special sim reader with big touchscreen, you insert the card, the cashier uses a calculator to calculate the discount and enter it into the cashier manually.

If anyone can get ahold of a deal on a PS2 or an Xbox let me know, I will be interested in working something out, as I have no Amex Blue card or a VMS near me 🙁.
 
now let's try to decide how to optimize the coupon book and 30% off on 12/26.
i need to buy memory card, controller, GT3 and some other games.

we have 5 off game, 5 off 30, two 10 off 50, two 25 off 100.
everything at Virgin is at msrp.
how about
gamecube console = 200 - 25 = 175 x 0.7 = 122.5 + tax
two ps2 memory + controller = 35x3 - 25 = 80 x 0.7 = 56 + tax
one game + something cheap (if there is under $1 item) = 51 - 10 = 41 x 0.7 = 28.7 + tax
ditto
gc controller = 35 - 5 = 30 x 0.7 = 21 + tax
one game = 50 - 5 = 45 x 0.7 = 31.5 + tax
 
Actually...there does seem to be an overlap...

It seems that not everyone has Blue, and not many people shop at Virgin store. I believe I can still get the things I want on 12/26.
