Thank you for your interest in Clearout Club. We have been in business for
over ten years now. In fact, you may have seen some of our advertisements
in major publications. Items are available at such low prices due to
situations such as overstocks, liquidations, bankruptcies, etc.
Unfortunately as mentioned on our web site, we are unable to assign
non-members with a Clearout Club customer service representative, as all
non-member inquiries and sales are conducted online only. We only provide
further contact details to Club members, or liquidators who are interested
in pursuing a business relationship with Clearout Club.
All of the free items are brand NEW, and come with a full manufacturers
warranty. For example, in regards to the iPod model, you have your choice
of the latest generation 20GB model, or the Mini in any color. The Apple
iPod is brand new, comes in the factory sealed box, with all factory
included accessories, and comes with the factory warranty. As mentioned,
the same situation applies if you choose the free Samsung 17" LCD Monitor,
or the Sony Wega 27" TV.
The $19.95 fee covers one full year of club membership. During your club
membership there are NO other charges, nor are you obligated to make any
purchases or extend your Club membership at the end of the one year period.
The free items are available due to the fact that we are sure that once you
see the low prices, you will most likely purchase items.
When you order an item only normal shipping charges will apply, and in most
cases you can specify a shipping company and method. For example, if you
want to order an item and request that the item be shipped via FedEx Next
Business Day service, then the shipping cost would be the exact same
shipping cost that FedEx would quote you to ship that item from one of our
sources warehouses, which are located in the US, to you.
Please note that actual shipping costs are calculated at the time your order
is placed, however again, if you are wondering "Are the shipping rates
inflated in any way", no, they are NOT. Again, you will pay the ACTUAL
shipping cost, nothing more.

A. Orders can be placed by phone, on-line via the Internet, and by mail.
Q. Can I order by credit card?
A. Unfortunately we do not accept credit card orders due to the overhead associated with credit card processing charges, and pass these savings on to our Club members.
Q. How soon can I expect to get my purchase from the time I place an order?
A. That depends on the shipping option you choose. For faster shipping methods you can expect your purchase to arrive within a 1-2 business days, for slower methods it might be 1-2 weeks.
Q. What is the refund policy?
A. Most merchandise ordered can be returned, however a minimal restocking fee may apply. Please note that certain items, such as software, cds, and dvds cannot be returned once they have been opened.
Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. We welcome international orders. Once you start ordering, some extra shipping and handling charges may apply for orders sent overseas, however these are usually quite reasonable. Countries also typically charge import duties on incoming products ? you can check with your local government for specific duty rates. Please note that free promotional items cannot be shipped to addresses outside of the United States.
Q. What do I receive with my membership?
A. With your membership you will receive the Clearout Club Buyer's Guide, your complete Club shopping guide. As a member, you'll also receive a year's worth of FREE updates of the Clearout Club Buyer's Guide.
Q. How quickly will I get my membership materials?
A. By joining the Club online, you will become a Clearout Club member immediately. Once you enter the information required for membership, full ordering details/instructions/etc. will be sent to you electronically.
Q. Are there any other fees besides the membership charge?
A. No. The membership fee is all you pay for the duration of your membership, which lasts for one year.
Q. Are there any obligations after joining the Club?
A. No. We do not require you to do anything or purchase anything once you are a member of the Club.
